Sertifikalı temel ilk yardım eğitimi almış ve sertifikası olan katılımcılar 3 yıllık sertifika geçerlilik süreleri dolduğunda; 1 günlük güncelleme eğitimi ile sertifika sürelerini 3 yıl süre ile uzatabilmektedirler. İlk yardım güncelleme eğitimleri 8 saat (1 gün) sürmektedir.
